Workflows that start when your data changes. A workflow runs as soon as a row is added, updated or deleted. You set one up by describing it to the agent, like emailing a customer when an order ships.

Public apps that don't make people sign in. Public apps can make sign-in optional, so visitors browse without an account. Ask the agent for a sign-in button.

Four roles, and a record of who changed what. One Members tab in Settings, with four roles: Owner, Full access, Editor and Viewer. An audit log in the organization sidebar shows who changed what, on plans that include it.

Smaller improvements

• Sidebar chats grouped by project
• Add sheets and columns yourself in the Data tab
• Scheduled workflows retry after brief errors
• The top button shows Publish, Publish changes or Share
• Profile photos in Settings, and apps can show the signed-in person's photo
• Breadcrumbs with a Home link on pages below Home
